Please join Faculty and Staff at the Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP) in congratulating Interim Director, Dr. Kimberly A. Schonert-Reichl, who is the recipient of the 2015 Joseph E. Zins Distinguished Scholar Award for Outstanding Contributions to Action Research in Social and Emotional Learning. The award was given by the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL). We are so very lucky to have one of the world’s leading experts in the field of Social and Emotional Learning right here at HELP.

CASEL is the nation’s leading organization advancing the development of academic, social and emotional competence for all students. Their mission is to help make evidence-based social and emotional learning (SEL) an integral part of education from preschool through high school. Through research, practice and policy, CASEL collaborates to ensure all students become knowledgeable, responsible, caring and contributing members of society.
