About

Michael Law is the Canada Research Chair in Access to Medicines at The University of British Columbia.

His research focuses on pharmaceutical policy, including the affordability of medicines, the evaluation of pharmaceutical policy changes, and generic drug pricing. Currently, his program of research includes studies in several countries, including Canada, Rwanda, Uganda, Namibia, and Colombia.

His research results have been published in several leading medical journals and have received both major research awards and significant media coverage.
