Trans Week of Awareness is Nov. 13 – 19 and Trans Day of Remembrance (TDoR) is Nov. 20. UBC Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to learn more about ways to support trans inclusion and to commemorate TDOR. During Trans Week of Awareness, the transgender flag will be flown at UBCV and UBCO as a symbol of inclusion and support for the trans community. The trans flags will be lowered to half-mast on Trans Day of Remembrance, November 20.
