Learning Mistreatment Help

SPPH is committed to providing a positive education experience free from discrimination. If you have an experience in a course where you feel unsafe, have been mistreated or have witnessed mistreatment, we encourage you to have a confidential discussion of your concerns directly with the Faculty of Medicine REDI Office. You can report your concern via the online reporting system: https://redi.med.ubc.ca/ or contact the REDI Learning Environment Advisor at learningenvironment.advisor@ubc.ca.

You may also discuss your concern with the course instructor, your academic supervisor, the Education Manager for your program, the Program Director or the Associate Director-Education. Both SPPH and the REDI Office are bound by the Faculty processes for reporting, responding to, and recording and reports of mistreatment in the educational environment.
