SPPH PhD student an “Emerging Leader” in Science

Nov 15, 2013 |

Congratulations to Jacquelyn Cragg, PhD student at UBC’s School of Population and Public Health, who received the Emerging Leader Award from the Minerva Foundation’s Women In™ Science.

The Minerva Foundation delivers a range of unique programs to help women develop their leadership capacity, elevate the visibility, influence and contribution of women, and change the face of leadership in BC. The Foundation’s Women In™ Science committee celebrates women working in non-traditional fields. Each year, they honour four extraordinary women who have made an impact in their communities through leadership, excellence, philanthropy and service.
