About the Speaker
Dr. Michelle Amri holds the Mary and Maurice Young Professorship in Applied Ethics and has served in roles with government and the World Health Organization, where she continues to consult. Her research in global health uses an applied ethics lens to explore how equity is understood and incorporated into public policymaking. She also sits on the Board of the Canadian Association for Global Health and co-led the Canadian Conference on Global Health in 2023 and 2024. Dr. Amri will be teaching two of the core courses in the Master of Global Health program:

- Qualitative Research Methods in Global Health
