The purpose of the UBC wide toolkit initiative at SPPH is to enable workplace teams to have meaningful conversations among their faculty and staff about disability in the workplace. It also provides resources and guidance to advance accessibility and inclusion for all. Dismantling ableism and removing barriers is not only about compliance or accommodation, it’s about unlocking the full potential of our collective capacity at UBC.
