Welcome to the Master of Science (MSc) in Population and Public Health
The Master of Science in Population and Public Health program teaches core knowledge and skills in population and public health research, including epidemiological and biostatistical methods. Students gain practical research experience by applying core knowledge, skills, and methods to a thesis project under the supervision of a faculty member.
Students conduct thesis research in a wide variety of topic areas related to the health of populations and the delivery of health services. Our School and our faculty have strong partnerships and affiliations with leading research units in Canada and around the world. The program prepares graduates to pursue doctoral study or gain employment in a range of positions.
