Both in-person and live online attendance qualify for Certification Maintenance Points. In-person attendance is validated by signature on the sign-up sheet in the seminar room. Online attendance is verified by in-session polling (please log in with your full name).

Some presentations are archived for public interest; however, viewing archived presentations does not qualify for Certification Maintenance Points.

A note to ROHs, CIHs, CRSPs, and PHIs/EHOs:

A letter of attendance is not automatically generated and sent to attendees. Please submit a written request to Continuing Education and include the following:

  • Your full name (credentials/designations optional).
  • Your address, including city/prov/state/country (to be placed on letter of attendance).

Requests are processed after the seminar year has adjourned (i.e. after the last seminar in April) and to cover up to a maximum of two academic years (e.g., currently completed series and that from the immediate past academic year).

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your request.

The American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) and the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP) no longer issue approval numbers.  However, these seminars may still be eligible for ABIH CM points and BCRSP CMPs, respectively.  Certificants are advised to review the websites of ABIH and BCRSP for more information.

Please note: Fall refers to Term 1 (September – December) and Winter refers to Term 2 (January – April) of each academic year.
